We offer two services:
One off service
For new & existing customers, we can offer a one off service. One of our experienced service technicians will attend site and seek to resolve any issues with your audio visual system on the spot. If any equipment needs to be repaired or replaced, we will take care of the whole process and provide advice on the best approach to get your system up and running in the shortest possible timeframe.
Preventative Maintenance
For customers where uptime is critical to operations, Eclipse Sound and Vision can offer a tailored preventative maintenance agreement. Here, we periodically visit on an agreed schedule, and thoroughly check and maintain all audio visual systems. Here, we can make any recommendations and proactively service and maintain equipment. This will prevent issues occurring and minimise any system downtime, as well as provide peace of mind by extending the lifespan of sensitive electronic equipment. With a maintenance agreement, we are also available for emergency call outs, and can provide priority call-outs as standard.
